We are currently recruiting for a number of new business development animals to be part of a successful and growing team that is pursuing an ambitious growth plan in a challenging and competitive market.
Located at our Ash Vale Head Office you will be part of our in house sales team working corporate hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm daily.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls that have been identified by yourself as well as following up marketing driven campaigns both on and offline through direct mail and advertising across a number of mediums. Your role will initially be to set up appointments for the field sales team and Sales Director qualifying appointments and ensuring that they are of the utmost quality in order to provide essential leads for more sales.
This opportunity could lead into more depending on the successful candidates and will develop into a field sales role, or an internal team leader position.
A positive attitude, confidence, conviction in telephone dialogue, combined with a strong will to succeed would see the successful candidates maximising their commission and bonus potential and growth within the role and the company.
We will provide all training within the technical side of the sales process to undertake the role effectively and we also offer monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives for the top performers as well as team trips and company days out.

Base Salary Range – Good Basic Salary (£25k OTE – Uncapped)
